codeshed was previously the software development arm of Information Tools Limited, a successful Auckland-based company focused on market research software and services. Today, codeshed operates as an independent entity.

Neill Millener (MSc Hons)
Managing Director

Neill has been successfully managing software development projects and people for over 20 years. He has a broad development background, acquired both in New Zealand and overseas, with a bias towards technical software. He has worked in a variety of industries including market research, data warehousing, control systems, telecommunications and computer graphics.

Grant Black (BSc)
Technical Director

Grant has a wealth of technical knowledge and experience gained from his keen interest in new technology and over 15 years in the software industry. He has worked in a number of technical software development areas including finite element structural modelling (building), data management and simulation (geothermal), call management, SCADA interfaces and smart-cards. Most recently he has worked with market research software, in particular data format conversion and data visualisation.

Mike Pollard
Operations Director

Mike oversees all our quality systems and development processes. He has over 25 years of experience working for major international firms in the UK. This gives him extensive knowledge of international quality systems and best practices from both the military and civilian arenas. For the past 20 years he has specialised in quality assurance and quality control within the software environment.

Greg Larsen
Finance Director

Greg has been involved in the financial and management side of businesses for over 20 years. He has a chartered accountant and commercial background that has led him to be involved at director and shareholder level of multiple entities based here in New Zealand, as well as overseas.
